How we work

As Travel Consultants, it is our job to take away the worry and stress of planning your ideal trip! We use our experience and expertise to make sure that no detail is left out. This process involves several easy steps:

• We schedule a phone or in-person consultation to get to know you, your travel style, and to uncover what your expectations are. We ask a lot of questions to determine your unique vacation package.
• After the first step, we can determine if we will be a good fit for your travel needs. If both parties agree to move forward, we will require a consultation fee to move forward.
• We then begin to put together a customized itinerary, tailored to your individual needs based on what we discussed at the first consultation.
•  After we make sure you agree with the plan, we can secure arrangements with a deposit.
• A few weeks prior to departure, we will present you with your final travel documents, including all reservations and arrangements that have been made on your behalf.
• We will follow up after your trip to get your feedback and determine any future travel needs you may have.
